- Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on all days, except when entering or exiting the house.

- Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fundraising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation.
- Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed, and keep the volume at a reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud.
- The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.
- This is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels.
